The owners of Rising Sun Realty, Anna & Frank Gillespie, have a combined 35+ years of experience in the real estate industry and have both held professional licenses in the United States. The principal broker, Frank, was a licensed Real Estate Broker in Buffalo, New York for over eleven years when he and Anna decided to close their small, family-run company to move to Costa Rica to enjoy a new way of life. Within two weeks of landing on Costa Rica’s fertile soil, the ecstatic couple were already expecting their first baby. In preparation for the new addition to the Clan, Anna & Frank acquired what was then called Costa Rica Paradise Management (CRPM), a real estate company in the lush hills of San Ramon de Alajuela. They owned and operated CRPM for almost six years before selling the business in order to affect a move to the warmer, more tropical beach areas that Costa Rica has to offer.
